What is the procedure for creating 3D Printed custom orthotic insoles?
Step 1:Biomechanical and Postural analysis
After a full clinical examination, you will be scanned and analysed in our biomechanical assessment.
Step 2:Design and 3D printing
Using this data, the 3D scan, the system will generate a design. This design will be adapted to your prescription needs using advice from the clinician. Our 3D printer will then transform the design into ultralight insoles.
Step 3:Quality control and fitting
After a final quality check, you will come for a fitting appointment to try on your bespoke 3D-printed insoles to provide your body with the perfect balance with each step.
